Yes, you can. To make a return, please follow these short steps.

  • Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@craftedcolombiantreasures.com requesting a return authorization. Include the order number, item description, reason to return, and supporting pictures if the item is damaged or defective. Please allow the Crafted team 24 business hours to process your request.
  • The Crafted team will send you via email a USPS pre-paid return shipping label a return authorization letter. Items must be returned to a USPS drop-off location within seven days of receiving your return authorization.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.
  • If you find a product to be defective, please notify our team as soon as possible.
  • Items must be returned new, in their original condition, and the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached or with signs of having been used will not be accepted.

Return authorization requests made after 30 days of the date of purchase may be declined.

Please note that a return authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted. If the item is damaged or not in the original condition, your request will be rejected. If you are returning a product due to a defect, please make sure to include this information when requesting a return authorization.

You can submit an inquiry to info@craftedcolombiantreasures.com  asking for an accessory replacement, but you have to keep in mind something regarding our handmade bags (specifically medium and mini Wayúu mochilas).

Since most of our product designs are unique, in most cases, we will not be able to exchange an item for one that precisely the same. We can replace it with a new one in the size you want, but we cannot guarantee it would be the same color patterns and design.

Please, keep in mind if the new item has an extra cost, you should have to pay for it.
